Our LIFT WEIGHT BETTER Course is a ground up approach to strength training & the sport of Weightlifting.


This 4hr training camp will cover the technical aspects of strength training with a barbell with USA Weightlifting National Coach Rob Turner.

You will improve your understanding and performance of the basic lifts (Press, Squat, etc), and then transition into learning the Snatch, Clean, and Jerk.


This is perfect for first-timer's as well as those with lifting experience... If you have a desire to learn more about the barbell, this course is for you!
